April fools Newspaper (sorry i was late away for the entire week)

The newspaper came out today and the whole thing’s outlined in green. There is “graffiti” on almost every page and it’s really cool (kinda like last year). It addresses what to do with the Aqua Grabber now. Maybe we can use it to salvage more treasures or use it to protect from more chunks of ice in the future.

Earlier today, the newspaper had an article called ‘Penguin of the Month’. It would talk about a penguin with all these great characteristics and good habits. And then it would say “That penguin is (your penguin name here)”. So if you log in as a different penguin, the name will change to your current penguin. They took it off the newspaper recently.

There’s also an ‘Ask Gary’ section in this newspaper.

Aunt Arctic has a mysterious riddle in this issue of CP Times. There is also a “Do Not Push” button next to it. If you push it, it makes a hole in the paper. The answer, I think, is that there is no letter “E” in the paragraph.

One article is upside-down. It talks about the puffle cheat in Catchin’ Waves.

And I was browsing my old posts on this site, and I’d like to share a pic from last year’s Egg Hunt just for fun!

Here is how to find all the eggs in the Easter Egg Hunt. The first Easter egg is on the Lantern in the Mines. Click on it to get it.

The second Easter Egg is at the Dock on a post.

The third Easter Egg can be found by clicking the Red Puffle at the Pet Shop.

The fourth Easter Egg is at the Book Room. Click the green plant at the top of the shelf.

The fifth Easter Egg is at the Gift Shop. Click the poster.

The sixth Easter Egg is at the Plaza. Click the Lantern between the Pet Shop and the Stage

The seventh Easter Egg is at the Attic. Point your cursor to open the box, the egg will pop out.

The eighth Easter Egg is in the Dojo. It disappears and reappears at different spots on the wall. This is my favorite egg because it’s a ninja! Click it before it disappears again.

Click the egg in the upper right corner and select claim prize.

You get Green Bunny Ears! Happy Easter!

A new furniture catalog came out today. The furniture catalog secrets are the same except you can’t get the Moosehead anymore by clicking the Cash Register.

There are even more parts on The Migrator now. The front end of the Migrator’s already done. But we still have a long way to go, judging from the picture on the clipboard. I can’t wait for the step when we can find a way of contacting Rockhopper.

The Easter Egg Hunt will be here TOMORROW. Stay tuned to find out where the eggs are. There will no doubt be a free item at the end of it.

And the April Fool’s Day Party will start next week from March 28th to April 2nd. Last year’s party was amazing (I have some pics of it in my Holiday Funny Pics Page) so I’m hoping this year will be even more amazing.

The Gigantic St. Patrick’s Day Hat free item is in the Ski Village.

The Book pin is in the Boiler Room.

The Play, Space Adventure (and all its costumes), has returned to the Stage. Nonmember can buy the playercard background in the Catalog.

And there is a new Yearbook available in the Book Room (2005-2006). It talks about the first year of CP.

And Billybob, Rsnail, and Screenhog announced that they will have a CPIP Tester Party on Test Server 1 on Friday, the 14th, at 4:15 Pacific Standard Time (Which is Club Penguin’s time zone. Use the Snow Forts clock).

Check out all the rooms in CP. Everything is very well decorated!

Rockhopper’s ship is slowly being repaired. And will probably be finished by the end of the month at best. RH’s quarters are still missing underwater, so new Aqua Grabber levels will most likely come.

The newspaper mentions RH Island yet again. They’re thinking of ways of contacting RH when we finish the ship. Maybe we’ll finally get to go there? If RH can get there in a Rowboat, the Hydro-hopper boat should be fine.

St. Patrick’s Day celebrations begin TOMORROW. I’m expecting a lot of green. And maybe the Clover pin?

The Space Adventure play will be returning to the stage tomorrow as well due to popular demand. It will probably be the same costumes but different script.

The upcoming annual CP Easter Hunt will be in a week. It’ll be kinda like the Halloween Hunt, where you get clues to finding all the eggs, and once you do, you get a free item. Don’t worry, I’ll tell you where they are.

And the Paint By Colors books’ story will change depending on the puffle you’re walking, what color you’re wearing, and the words you choose. There are bonus coins in almost every page, I believe.

There’s gonna be an upcoming new game in the Book Room. I bet it’s the new book! It’s not Multiplayer and it’s not an adventure game, like Aqua Grabber. So I’m guessing it’s gonna be a “choose random funny words to fill in the blanks” book, judging from the Special Ad in the newspaper. Although, Club Penguin said they’re working on new Multiplayer games.

And by popular demand, the “Space Adventure” play will be back this month at the Stage. (The robot costume will probably be back)

Last, the new Clothing and Wig Catalog will be out tomorrow. And the St. Patrick’s Day Party will go from the 14th to the 18th.

Update: This is too big to be a new room or new mission. And all those things have already been done like always with no countdown or anything. Here are my thoughts:

New Trading System?
New Island (Rockhopper Island)?
Ninjas?
Something brand new you can do on CP?
Glitch deleting?
New Buddy System chat?
New way penguins walk/talk/how penguins look?
I could be completely wrong (and it could be a minor update), but those are my major ideas so far.

Look’s like something big might be happening on March 10th. It kinda looks like what Clubpenguin.com looked liked (besides the spygear and countdown) before they released the Club Penguin. Click here to take a look

The Beach has even more salvaged items now. When I emailed CP, they said the more penguins play Aqua Grabber, the quicker the items will arrive on the Beach.

And Snowball Press will be releasing more books soon in the Book Room. They said you will be able to “add your own colors”, your own style, and they will adapt to each reader. There will be a other twists to them for observant penguins. Wonder what that means. Maybe a “choose your own adventure”?

The Rudder is located just below the Big Net.

The Treasure Chest is located down and right of the Net.

The Anchor is located deeper down at the bottom left. Get the air bubble for oxygen!

This is the Air Bubble maker at the Bottom of the Ocean in the middle. Use it! You’ll need it.

For the following two, I suggest dropping the items on the Floor once you get them from the holes and then getting an air bubble from the Middle Floor.

The Steering Wheel is at the bottom of the ocean at the lower right in a hole.

Rockhopper’s book is in the second hole.

The Cave has oxygen! USE IT!

Make sure you drop the item above the Net!

Screenhog say’s the game is permanent but I thought it’d be temporary because:

• It gives a pin. Pin’s are a limited time offer.
• We can’t always continue salvaging RH’s ship pieces. He has to rebuild it sometime!
• You don’t get that many coins.

Maybe they’ll add new levels.

And in the game, we see the rest of Rockhopper’s ship on the floor. And we only salvage 5 items. So I’m thinking we might have to rebuild the rest. We just took the needed items.

First off, Reconstruction of The Migrator is said to begin very soon at the Beach. And the 2 new books for the Book Room will be pushed back to March 10th as its release due to CP having troubles making them. The stories will be called “Paint by Letters”.

And tomorrow, the Fishing Lures will be ready in the Sports Shop to buy and use on gray fish in Ice Fishing.

Finally, there’s a new Penguin Poll. What games would you want to see more of? I voted multiple times for ‘Multiplayer Games’.
